To access these reports from your Reports tab you need to install them in the appropriate reports folder. If you are unsure of which folders are the Reports folders used by MCM Pro click here to open a new window for detailed instructions.

Reports and previews: All the reports shown shown below have been generated from the same database. This will allow you to see how some reports can display the same information in a compact format.

Folder	Description	Preview	Download
Plan	This report will create a quick summary of the BMPs identified in the selected Plan letting you know which have been completed and which are still outstanding.
Plan	Short style annual report. This report uses the date feature which lets you select a start and end date to retrieve information from your plan and will list all work activities recorded for each BMP in the selected plan. It presents the information in a streamlined, easy to read, format.
Plan	New Jersey style report. This is the report style used by cities in New Jersey to satisfy their annual reporting requirements.

Training	This report will print out all employee training activities that occurred between a start and end date.

Education	This report will summarize and provide brief detail on all school program activities that occurred between a start and end date.
