ASIST software has been designed to both run a stormwater program at
the local level and also be used by permitting authorities for the
purpose of receiving and reviewing reports and associated data.
Consequently there are two categories of ASIST software users, i.e.
those who are implementing a stormwater program at the local level
(permit holders) and those who need to view data generated by the
ASIST software (normally, but not exclusively, permitting
authorities). Listed below are the software licensing requirements
for these two categories of users. |

| Who must purchase |
|
Any organization that is using the ASIST software for the purpose of
implementing a stormwater program, i.e. data collection, analysis
and compliance reporting, must purchase the ASIST software. All
rights and requirements of that organization are outlined in the End
User License Agreement (EULA) contained in the ASIST software. |

| Who does not need to purchase |
|
Organizations using the ASIST software may wish to also utilize the
electronic reporting capabilities of the software. Organizations
receiving these electronic reports for the purpose of reviewing
program information for an ASIST user, generating reports and
performing analysis of the information contained in the electronic
report DO NOT have to purchase the ASIST software. They may
use the ASIST software free of charge and are also entitled to full
technical support services and free upgrades to the ASIST software
as they are released. Any questions or concerns about these

| Software purchase and payment |
Organizations that purchase the ASIST software will have access to
the software registration codes normally within 12 hours of supplying a valid order form.
All ASIST products are delivered via download from the internet and
can be accessed at anytime. If
training was purchased at the time of the software purchase the
training will be delivered after payment for the software and
training has been received. Additionally any supplemental training
purchased will require payment in advance of the actual training
date. Additional maintenance and technical support may be be
purchased annually for a fee that is determined by the product that
was purchased.
