It's very
simple. Email us your existing MCM Pro and MS4
Pro database files and we will convert them and
email them back to you ready to use. Since you
should not be entering data into your databases
while we are converting them it is usually best
to call us and arrange a time. We do conversions
at night and on the weekends so usually Friday
works best. Just call us at 800-879-0655.
If you are
not sure where your databases are then follow
these steps.
1. Start MCM Pro and Click on the
Utilities tab.
2. Your database file is listed on
the bottom left of the Utilities screen. The
file has a '.mcm' extension.
3. To determine the location of your
MS4 Pro database start the MS4 Pro software
and repeat step 2 above to determine its
location. The file has a '.ms4' extension.
When we
send you your converted databases the email will
contain a link to instructions on the web that
explain how to connect to your new databases.
