| All the reports listed in this area are zip files. To import any
one of these reports save the desired file to your computer and use
the Import Downloaded Report utility from the login screen. A
graphical demonstration is shown below. Step 1. Login to
the desired software
Step2. Click on the Utilities tab in the Navigation pane.

Step 3. Click on the Import Downloaded Report icon.

Step 4. The following example is for the ASIST Enterprise
software however the same steps may be applied for the MCM
Enterprise software. When you click on the Import Downloaded Report
icon the import report utility screen will appear. Follow these
steps to import a report.
Step 5. Select the module that for which the report has
been designed. (Note. If you select the wrong module the report will
still load and run however it will not be available for the module
for which it was designed. For example if you import an outfall
report into the citizen call module the report will not show up in
the outfall module however it will show up in the citizen call
module. All reports are stored in a specific folder for each
module.)

Step 6. There are two types of reports, System (Right
Click) and Custom. Right click reports are designed to run from the
right click of your mouse inside the software. They do not accept
arguments such as a start date or end date for data reporting. DO
NOT import custom reports into the Right Click reports folder as
they will not work properly. Right Click reports will be noted in
the download area of the reports section of this site.
Step 7. Select the target folder that the report will be
imported into. Pay close attention to this section. For each module
of your software there are two report folders. One for System, right
click, reports and the other for Custom reports. The naming
convention for these modules reveals their use. For instance for the
outfall module there are two report folders named:
Reports_Outfall_System - Location for right click reports, and
Reports_Outfall - Location for custom reports.
The target folder may be either on your local computer or on a
network drive. If it is on a network drive then you may distribute
reports across your organization in the same way as you distribute
your database across the organization. Once you have selected a
target folder the software will remember its location the next time
you import a report. The example below shows the default report
location in the installation folder for custom outfall reports.

Step 8. Select the report to import by clicking on the
folder icon to the right of the textbox labeled 'Report file to
import:', and browse to the desired file.

Step 9. Once you have selected a report click the import
button shown below.

The report that was imported will now be listed in the Reports
section of the selected module, as shown in the example below.
