     Adding Inspection Records

ASIST Enterprise allows inspection information to be recorded for the following items:

  • Businesses
  • Citizen Calls
  • Construction Sites
  • Outfalls
  • Reported Spills
  • Septic Systems
  • Stormwater Facilities

Each module of your software has a Button Bar that provides shortcuts for adding additional information to records displayed in the navigation tree. The buttons on the Button Bar will be inactive until a record is selected in the navigation tree.

To add an inspection record follow the instructions listed below.

1. Open the desired module.

2. Select the desired record from the navigation tree by left-clicking on it.

3. Locate and click the Add Inspection button on the button bar   or

click on the Tab that labeled Field Inspection and right click in the grid and select Add as in the example below.

When the inspection form appears fill in the desired fields.
